How does it work?
It starts with our CombiPlast, which is a high quality packaging solution for case erecting and bag placing in one. The cases are then transported with a smart Automatic Guided Vehicle (AGV) towards your (multiple) filling position. Or we can do the filling for you! The filled box will be picked up by the AGV and brings it to our bag closing machine. Our VarioSeal uses impuls sealing to create the perfect sealed bag. But we can do bag folding or clipping as well! Afterwards the top of the box will be closed by tape or using hotmelt. To create an even smaller footprint, the case top closing can also be integrated in the VarioSeal. As finishing touch your products are stacked automatically using our palletizing system, which can easily change to another product, packaging pattern or layer.
