Preventive Maintenance
“If it’s not broken, don’t fix it” is not the attitude we support. Due to increasing costs of downtime, preventive maintenance is essential:
1. Machine efficiency - It increases the life span, it contributes to the operational life and it contributes to the continuity.
2. Time savings - A planned preventive maintenance causes small nuisance for production compared to actual downtime caused by a breakdown.
3. Procedure - We have fully equipped service cars containing all important spare parts. If we have to fly. All required spare parts will be sent before visit (worldwide) Together with you we draw up a preventive maintenance system (maintenance control)
4. Pro-active communication - We will regularly ask you if you’re still satisfied and how the equipment is working. Pro-active communication helps to detect possible problems early.
