International colleagues week: A celebration of unity
While battles are being fought on the football fields of Germany, our international colleagues are coming together as a unified team this week! It’s International Colleagues Week at Niverplast! A group of our international colleagues is spending the week in and around our location in Nijverdal.
The week is all about sharing knowledge and experiences, visiting clients and suppliers, and of course, immersing in some culture and having a lot of fun too!
Visiting Rentex
At the beginning of this year, we delivered the first EasyPress machine to Rentex. This machine was specially developed for industrial laundry. While manufacturing packaging machines is not new to us, this market is! It was fantastic to show our colleagues that Rentex is now operating with their new packaging line, which significantly reduces the number of trips with containers full of towels.
There's nothing above Groningen
The journey continued to Sylvaphane in Tolbert, a place we have been visiting for many years. We love these people! As a film producer, they are one of our partners in producing EasyOpen bags. A tour of their highly automated production process gave all our colleagues a firsthand look at their craftsmanship.
Afterwards, we had to rush to Groningen city because the Oranje Leeuwen (Orange Lions: Dutch Football team) were playing against Romania. We don't need to tell you how that turned out! The atmosphere was electric from the start!
Kramers Seafood & PicNic
Today, the journey continues to Urk, where Kramers Seafood has graciously agreed to host this lively group. We also have a visit to PicNic’s fulfillment center in Utrecht on the agenda. Did someone say highly automated warehousing? Now we’re talking!
Niverplast’s global presence
Niverplast has sales offices in various countries: The Netherlands, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, USA, Brazil, and Canada. Additionally, we have several partner companies in different countries representing our machine offerings. This enables us to distribute and maintain Niverplast machines worldwide.
