Guttenplan automates packaging with smart vision
Niverplast was recently featured in Bakery Business highlighting how Guttenplan processors are upgrading their packaging operations with Niverplast automation.
Guttenplan Bakery has installed a fully automated Niverplast packaging system for frozen dough sticks, replacing its semi-automatic, weight-based process. The line handles around 30,000 products per hour and automates inspection, counting, batching, and case filling. Vision counting and Smart Batching technology create accurate batches of 70 or 80 dough sticks per case, enabling higher production volumes with greater speed, accuracy, and consistency.
