How it works
Box infeed
Ready-made boxes or crates are fed inline or stand-alone into the CherryPlast.
Bag pick-up
A vacuum gripper takes the top bag from the dual bag magazine. Thanks to the EasyOpen system, only one bag is picked at a time while the rest remain neatly stacked.
Bag opening
The spreading system opens and fully stretches the bag so it fits tightly over the corners of the box.
Bag placing
Two folding beams move inside the box, pulling the bag tightly into the corners and minimizing trapped air.
Box outfeed
The box with the inserted bag leaves the CherryPlast
