5 steps
How it works
Box alignment
At the infeed of the CherrySeal the box (or your product carrier) is centered to ensure its position.
Bag pick-up
The box is lifted upwards, after which the vacuum cups pick up the bag on the short side of your product carrier.
Bag stretching & air removal
The box is now moved downwards to release the bag from the box flaps. Two spreading fingers and a vacuum nozzle are placed in the bag. The spreading fingers take over the bag from the vacuum cups and spread it. A light vacuum to prevent balloon forming is applied on the bag in this step.
Bag sealing
Now the bag will be sealed by sealing bars. Our knowledge of sealing pressure, - temperature and -time ensures a perfect seal.
Box outfeed
The product carrier exits the machine. The CherrySeal is ready to seal the next bag!
