How it works
Product carrier input
Your crates, totes or boxes are fed into the first line of the PaperBagger
Bag opening
Every paper bag is taken at the bottom with suction cups out of the magazin. Another suction cup on the back of the bag is opening the paper bag
Spreading
Motorized spreading fingers are spreading the bag
Bag inserting
The first paper bag is placed on the first position in the tote (left side of the tote)
Repetitive handling
This cycle is repeating at the 2th position (right side of the tote)
24/7 Non stop production
Your bags are stored on a plano magazine that can be refilled while your machine is running.
