How it works
Product Selection
The process starts with selecting the product to be filled. The PowderFiller automatically adjusts to the selected program with the box data and the weight to be filled.
Infeed box
The box with bag will be placed on a servo driven lift with weighing scale. When the box is positioned under the servo driven Iris-valve, the lift will go up, placing the box under need the dust collecting hood.
Filling on weight
The weighing scale will auto-zero the box and the Iris-valve will open, starting the filling. The Iris-valve can close in two steps, giving it a fast and slow filling feature. Depending on the fluidity of the product, the slow filling can be adjusted so an accurate filling is guaranteed.
Ending the batch of powder
A changeover to another product often requires cleaning. Cleaning all the essential parts can easily be done in 15 minutes because of the excellent accessibility of the Powder Filler.
