6 steps
How it works
Product carrier input
Your crates, totes or boxes are fed into the first line of the T-Plast.
Bag opening
During the crate input a prefabricated (T-shirt) bag is picked up by a vacuum gripper. Thanks to the EasyOpen system only one bag side is picked up while the other stays into the bag store.
Bag spreading
The spreading unit takes over the bag from the bag store. In a downward movement the two spreading plates place the bag in the cutouts of the first part of the crate.
Bag inserting
While placing the bag, two folding bars move into the crate to position the bag tightly in the first part of the crate. In this way the amount of enclosed air between bag and crate is minimized.
Repetitive handling
After the first bag is placed in the cutouts of the first part of the crate, the same steps are being made, respectively for the second and third bag into the second and third part in the crate.
Three bags in a crate
The result: three (T-shirt) bags in a crate, ready to be filled with your products and easy to be taken out again by your colleaque or courier!
