Extremely accurate weigh filling of something sweet
In this packaging line we integrated a linear weigh filler with the abbility of self learning, which makes sure to fine dosing for maximum accuracy. The products are allocated based on the capacity. This line was made with the option to handle various products. Thanks to the extremely accurate weigh filling the maximum deviation is only 15 grams! This line can fill up to 6600 kg of products per hour. After the product is filled into the bag-in-box, the box is being vibrated to bring the product to the correct level.
