Perfectly packing asphalt in buckets

This one-of-a-kind solution, designed by our One-Off Solutions team, makes packaging asphalt as easy and reliable as possible.

In this complete A-to-Z packaging line, the process starts with the automatic destacking of empty buckets. Once destacked, the buckets move to our EasyPlast, where a bag is perfectly placed inside each bucket. The buckets are then filled with asphalt and automatically closed.

To ensure a tight and secure seal, the machine tests each lid by lifting the bucket and moving it around, making sure the lid stays firmly in place.

Last but not least, the buckets are placed on a pallet and tightly wrapped, ready to hit the road.
