This budget-friendly counting machine is specifically designed to efficiently separate, count, and pack baguettes and other elongated products. Thanks to the simple yet effective sawtooth motion and an accurate photocell, each product is perfectly separated and tumbled into the box.
The system consists of a fixed bed with large sawteeth, sized to match the largest product. Between these fixed sawteeth is a movable bed with identical sawteeth that move diagonally from bottom left to top right. This movement, powered by a crankshaft mechanism, ensures that with each stroke, only a single product is transported forward. This guarantees precise separation: only one product is pushed forward at a time. If two products are stacked, the top product stays behind, while the bottom product is moved forward. This straightforward technology makes this machine extremely reliable and low-maintenance!
