Packaging line with different box sizes
We installed a complete packaging line to enhance the packaging process for this customer. This line was set up from start to finish, beginning with box erecting and bag placement by our EasyPlast. Thanks to the multiple box size erecting units, there's no need to change the recipe. Once the bag is placed in the box, it is filled with molding products. The VarioSeal then ensures a perfect seal and tapes the box closed. Each box is individually tagged and scanned for the correct label. The box lift optimizes the available space for packaging. At the end of the line, the Palletizer places the boxes onto pallets, which are then automatically wrapped in film and ready for transport!
