Automated destacking of boxes and placing a food-safe bag? In this line we made it happen!
For one of our customers in the fishing industry, automatically destacking polystrene boxes and placing food-safe bags was a must-have to optimise their packaging process. The machine that destacks is custom-developed; it has a small footprint. The polystyrene boxes come in complete stacks from above and will be rotated 90 degrees. The boxes continuing their way to the EasyPlast, our standard bag placing machine from our regular machine supply. We place a food-safe, prefab bag, ensuring that it's always properly pressed into the corners. Non-stop production is the standard, it’s even possible to refill the bags while the machine is running. Doing it this way saves labour costs and increases convenience!
