Precision pasta packaging

This automated line is designed to ensure an efficient, accurate and careful packaging process for frozen dough. The pasta nests are fed to the weigher, where the system automatically doses the product until the preset weight per package is reached, ensuring maximum accuracy and consistency.

Boxes are automatically lined with a bag and collected beneath the filling station. The weighed portions of product are then carefully loaded into the box with bag. The system ensures gentle handling, preserving the shape and quality of the product.

The entire line is designed to guarantee operational continuity, reliability and ease of use, making it an ideal solution for the industrial packaging of frozen pasta.
