At this customer, we installed our EasyPlast with a modification: instead of the usual two-sided bag magazine, we designed a four-sided bag magazine, specially made to meet their packaging needs.
The patties are transported and stacked by a robotic pick-and-place line equipped with air compression. After the patties are stacked in their bags, the crates are then moved. An employee removes the bags with stacked patties and places them in carton boxes. These boxes are then conveyed to the automatic box closer. Once closed, the boxes filled with patties are ready to leave the company.
