Closed Loop

Use closed loop plastic bags for your groceries
Everyone knows by now that plastic litter is harmful to the environment. At Niverplast, we want to close the loop on used plastic and maximize the amount of recycled plastic. With our machines and plastic bags, we provide a closed-loop recycling process.
What does a closed loop recycling process mean?
A closed loop recycling process means that plastic waste is collected, recycled and used to make new things. Niverplast is committed to help our partners make their business more sustainable. Use the bags and reuse them. Again. And again. And again.

How does closed loop recycling work?
It all start with the order in an e-commerce app. After the order is placed, our T-plast goes to work, placing our bags in crates. The bags will be filled with your groceries. And this, super friendly delivery guy, delivers them to maybe your house. You then deliver the plastic bags from your previous order, clean back to the super friendly delivery guy. He brings the bags to a special container. Ready for a new loop. The old bags are going to get a second life.
Plastic bag production from used bags
At the plastic producer's, the old bags will be sorted, so they can be brought back into raw material. After that, they literally breathe new life into them. Your old bags are used to make new bags. Ready to hit the road again to be delivered together with your fresh groceries to your doorstep again. And again. And again. Collecting, recycling, and reusing plastic waste. That's what we call a closed loop.
