For a distinct customer request, we conceived and executed a tailor-made packaging solution specifically for packing stacked cups in a bag-in-box format. This innovative machine effortlessly accommodates stacks of varying lengths. It expertly aligns three stacks, delicately picking them up and placing them securely into the box. Plus, changing the gripper is a breeze, making it simple to manage different stock keeping units (SKUs). Notably, any stack that exceeds the acceptable length is automatically rejected by the machine, ensuring seamless operation and consistency in packaging.
