Packaging moulding products, like bottle caps? This packaging line shows how to fill boxes with caps, based on the right weight. Therefore, we use the Linear Weigh Filler. A self learning bulk filling machine that is suited for a wide variety of box sizes!
Our customer needed a solution to pack the caps bag-in box. And hey, that's exactly what our CombiPlast takes care off! This smart machine integrates both; case erecting and bag placing, just in one machine unit. Afterwords the cases will be transported to the weigh filler to bulk fill them. Then the cases get transported to the VarioSeal, because it now will be his turn to seal the bags and close the cases. The VarioSeal uses impuls sealing to create a perfectly sealed bag. A perfect way to hand over your packed products to the customer, minimizing manual labor!
