Automatic crate destacking and double paper bag placement
For this customer, we implemented automated crate handling line in which crates are first destacked and then automatically fed into the Paperbagger, where two paper bags are placed into each crate.
The bag folding step is essential, as it ensures the bags stay open during picking. This results in higher picking speed and reduced manual labour for bag placement, directly improving efficiency on the warehouse floor.
