Are you looking for a packaging line with accurate filling of semi-liquids?
This custom made filling line proves it's possible. The empty buckets move along the roller conveyor until they arrive at the OLAF, the filling machine responsible for filling the bucket with liquid. This filling line was developed for filling fruit jellies into buckets. Accurate filling is achieved by full opening filling heads, suitable for thicker products. Remarkably, the filling range varies from 4 kg up to 25 kg. It stops when the right weight has been reached. The next step is the lid placement, also fully automatic. And last but not least, an integrity check will be done, so we know for sure that the lid is secure.
