For a specialized wholesale company focused on processing and packaging nuts, we were tasked with optimizing their packaging process. The requirement was to fill the nuts based on weight and then package them bag-in-box. Fortunately, that happens to be our expertise!
We installed our CombiPlast, an advanced box setup and bag inserting machine capable of placing up to 15 bags per minute. By using prefab EasyOpen bags, efficiency is maximized while minimizing material usage. The Linear Weigh Filler accurately weighs the products and deposits them into the bag, in the box. The next station is the VarioSeal, which ensures a perfect seal and closes the box, ready for the Palletizer to stack the boxes correctly. Now they just need to be transported to satisfy customers!
