Packaging line for frozen berliners, bag-in-box. From the freezer to the perfect amount filled into a box.
In this packaging line for frozen berliners we installed our case erecting and bag placing CombiPlast. The frozen berliners are being counted by a single count system by photocell techniques, which after the berliners will be filled into boxes. Due to tumbling, the frozen berliners are getting on the right level in the box, which after the box can be closed. At the end of the line the palletizer will stack the boxes perfectly on the pallet, ready for transport!
