Instant quick frozen packaging line for fish
For this project we crossed the sea, all the way to Iceland, to install a full IQF packaging line for frozen fish. From start to finish, the line is built for efficiency.
It begins with the CombiPlast, which automatically erects boxes and inserts the bags. These boxes are then transported to the loading station, where the frozen fish is counted and loaded using the Fish Hopper, a custom-engineered solution by our One-Off Solutions team.
Once filled, the boxes move to the EasySeal, where the bags are sealed and after the boxes taped closed by a taper. A smooth, integrated process from empty box to ready-to-ship product.
