Loading quark balls in two different box sizes
For a customer, we designed a packaging line for packing quark balls into consumer trays or bulk bag-in-boxes. The line easily switches between the packaging options of either bag-in-box bulk packaging or consumer trays. The CombiPlast erects the boxes and perfectly places the bag within each box. The box is then transported to the product loader. Our One-off solutions team designed the product loader to handle both bag-in-boxes and consumer trays. With a 4-channel filling system, this line packs 10 quark balls into consumer trays, and with a 2-channel bulk filling method, it effortlessly handles larger volumes, all while maintaining top-notch precision and efficiency.
