From 14 to 28 lanes, ready for growth
The decision to work with Niverplast resulted in the installation of the most modern packaging line the company has ever operated. An existing 14-lane line was successfully upgraded to a 28-lane configuration, significantly increasing capacity and flexibility. Today, the line processes approximately 15 boxes per minute, while maintaining consistent sealing quality.
A key element in the success of the project is the automatic sealing machine. Its efficiency and the high quality of the finished product fully meet expectations. Seeing the machines perform reliably in other packing facilities confirmed that Niverplast technology delivers consistent results under real production conditions.
