Packaging butter oil from A-Z
A complete packaging line to increase the packaging process of this customer. We got to install a packaging line that package the butter oil from A-Z. Our CombiPlast places the EasyOpen bags as tight as possible to prevent increases. The bag-in-boxes is then transporter to the OLAF, our Oil and Fats filling machine, where the butter will be put in the box. The machine has an extremely accurate filling on weight, to prevent there is too less or too much product in the boxes. Thanks to two filling stations there is a constant product flow. Once accurately filled the boxes with butter oil is transported to the VarioSeal, the bags will be perfectly vacuumed and sealed, ready for transport.
