Processing frozen fish and box them right away by the right weight?
For our customer in the fish industry, we developed a section in the processing line to seperate the frozen fish into badges at the correct weight. First, the box must be set up and then bagged carefully with our prefab bag. This happens with no person involved! By using the vibrating technique, the content in the box will be raised to the correct level. Decuffing and sealing the bag is accomplished with the help of a light vacuum. We also take care of sealing the boxes in the VarioSeal, a very compact designed machine that allway uses the right pressure and temperature for the job!
