Curious how you can realise a cost-efficient logistic route for your bakery products?
In this packaging line one camera counting system is responsible for all the counting of the different bread products, arriving from two seperate lines. After that, the smart batch fingers makes sure that every batch contains the right amount of bread rolls, before one of the two packaging options is enabled:
1. Vertical Form Fill Sealing (VFFS)
At a 45 degree angle the bread rolls will be vertically filled and sealed into bags. The machine unit responsible for this operation is our SEPP, a flexible solution that can be built into any production line.
2. Tumble filling
The other way is the tumble filling way! By bulk dumping, the products end up in a box (with a choice of two different box sizes in this line). Of course, this box is automatically bagged first and sealed afterwords, so the products are protected, packed food-safe and ready for transport!
