This is how our automatic oil packaging machine works
The OLAF is the perfect high quality solution for all oils whether it is fish oil, palm oil, coconut oil or a completely different kind of oil. When a box or bucket is placed in the OLAF, it will be lifted to the correct height to avoid splashing. The machine then does a tare weight correction and starts by coarsely filling the box or bucket with the oil. Once the required content is almost reached using the coarse dosing nozzle, the fine dosing nozzle takes over the filling process. Now, the box or bucket is supplemented till the accurate quantity is reached. After it has reached its correct weight it is discharged.
