OLAF, a liquid packaging machine, is a high quality solution for many different kinds of semi-liquids, such as (cocoa) butter, cocoa liquor, margarine, fish oil, coconut oil and many more.
Are you wondering how our liquid packaging machine works? We are happy to tell you all about the process. When a box or bucket is placed in the OLAF (which stands for: Oil, Liquids And Fats) it will be lifted to the correct height. The OLAF then does a tare weight correction and starts by coarsely filling the box or bucket with the liquid of your choice. Once the required content is almost reached using the coarse dosing nozzle, the fine dosing nozzle takes over the filling process. Now, the box or bucket is supplemented till the precisely measured, accurate quantity is reached. And after it has reached its correct weight it is discharged.
