Are you wondering how our butter filling machine works? We will lift the veil for you. When a box or bucket is placed in the OLAF, it will be lifted to the correct height to avoid splashing. The machine does a tare weight correction and then starts by coarsely filling the box or bucket.

And that’s not all we would like to tell you about how our butter filling machine works. Once the required content is almost reached using the coarse dosing nozzle, the fine dosing nozzle takes over the filling process. Now, the box or bucket is supplemented till the precisely measured, accurate quantity is reached. After it has reached its correct weight it is discharged.

The OLAF, your ideal butter filling machine, can handle up to 10 tons per hour (2-headed version): ± 40 grams with a standard deviation of ± 15 grams. In addition the machine is completely executed in stainless steel. For your convenience the operating software is available in a language of your choice. A great advantage over other machines that are available on the market is the easy-to-operate, interactive and intuitive touchscreen. Finally the butter filling machine is available with two options: preparation for CIP (Clean in Place) and a hot water supply for pipe heating.
