Bulk liquid packaging with the OLAF: a reference case from Belgium
The machine is efficient, hygienic, accurate and - of course - one of a kind when it comes to smart design. That is why the OLAF is already one of our customers favorite machines for bulk liquid packaging. Changing the packaging format is no problem with the OLAF. And if that is not convincing enough: because the box height is automatically adjustable, splashing can be avoided. There is no need to extend or decrease the piping with tubes or other parts. Last but not least the OLAF, your machine for bulk liquid packaging, is easily accessible for maintenance and cleaning. It is one of the reasons why one of our customers, situated in Belgium, is already very happy with the OLAF.
Are you curious to know how the OLAF works exactly? Let us tell you. After a box or bucket is placed in the machine, it will be lifted to the correct height to avoid splashing.
The OLAF does a tare weight correction and then starts by coarsely filling the box or bucket with fish oil, palm oil, olive oil, coconut oil or a whatever oil you work with. Once the required content is almost reached using the coarse dosing nozzle, the fine dosing nozzle takes over the filling process. Now, the box or bucket is supplemented till the accurate quantity of oil is reached. After that, the box or bucket is discharged. The bulk liquid packaging is done.
