Efficient packaging for 750,000 bread sticks daily: precision, speed, and quality

This packaging line handles 750,000 breadsticks daily, ensuring high speed, precision, and quality. The system is designed to package breadsticks efficiently, from the initial metal detection to the final packaging.

The process begins with our CombiPlast, for automatic box erecting and bag placing. The bread sticks are going thru a quality control with metal detection and automatic reject. Once every product is checked, the breads arrive on a incline conveyor to align the bread sticks. The SpeedBatcher batches 32,000 products per hour. The breads are then filled into the boxes without falling height. Shaken to the right level, the boxes are now ready to be closed and sent on their way.
