This is how auto bagging machine EasyPlast works

Are you interested in hearing how the auto bagging machine EasyPlast works? Of course we can tell you more about this. Your erected boxes (crates, buckets) are fed into the EasyPlast. During the box input a prefabricated bag is picked up by a vacuum gripper. Thanks to the EasyOpen system only one bag side is picked up while the other stays into the bag store. The spreading unit takes over the bag from the bag store. In a downward movement the two spreading plates place the bag tightly over the box corners. While placing the bag, two folding bars move into the box to position the bag tightly in the box corners. In this way the amount of enclosed air between bag and box is minimized. The result: a bag in a box ready to be filled with your product.

We also would like to tell you how our other automatic bagging machine works, the CombiPlast. This is a high quality packaging solution for integrated case erecting and bag placing in one. With this machine the plano is taken from the plano store at long and short side with vacuum cups, positioned on a two-sided frame. This frame guarantees a fully square folding without friction between vacuum cup and plano. While the box is in the squared position the bottom flaps are mechanically folded. After this two side conveyors transport the box towards the bag inserting position where the bottom flaps are taped as well. During the box erecting cycle a prefabricated bag is picked up by a vacuum gripper. Thanks to the EasyOpen system only one bag side is picked up while the other stays onto the bag store. The spreading unit takes over the bag from the bag store. In a downward movement the two spreading plates place the bag tightly over the box corners. While placing the bag, two folding bars move into the box to position the bag tightly in the box corners. In this way the amount of enclosed air between bag and box is minimized.
