Our plastic bag sealing machine: here’s what you need to know
Niverplasts plastic bag sealing machine can handle up to 12 boxes or crates per minute. You can also add, adjust and store recipes for each box size. The machine guarantees a continuous operation and the very compact design is available in a lefthanded and a righthanded version. There is an on-screen HD visualisation of warnings and possible machine functions. The plastic bag sealing machine operates stand-alone as well as in any automatic production line. And if you want, we can customize your unique VarioSeal to the smallest detail.
Plastic bag sealing machine: how does it work?
At the infeed of the VarioSeal the box (or your product carrier) is centered to ensure its position. Optionally the weight of the box is checked in this step. Rejected boxes are ejected onto an error conveyor. The box is then lifted towards the seal unit. Here two vacuum cups pick up the plastic bag on the short sides of the box. The box is now moved downwards to release the plastic bag from the box flaps. Two spreading fingers and a vacuum nozzle are placed in the plastic bag. The spreading fingers take over the plastic bag from the vacuum cups and spread it. A light vacuum to prevent balloon forming is applied on the plastic bag in this step. After that, the plastic bag will be sealed by sealing bars. The sealing pressure, sealing temperature and sealing time all ensure a perfect seal.

VarioSeal: a couple of unique options
As we wrote before, we can customize your plastic bag sealing machine to the smallest detal. But what are your options exactly? We will tell you.
