Form fill sealing with the SEPP: this is how it works

Form fill sealing is very easy with the form fill sealing machine SEPP from Niverplast. We would like to explain to you how this machine works. First, the film roll is clamped on the shaft between two cones. The drum motor on the film roll supplies film to the buffer, which starts the process. The next step? The forming shoulder converts the supplied film into a tubular shape. The size of the shoulder is determined by the size of the bags. The film is then transported over the filling pipe. The next step is pressing the vertical sealing bar onto the seam for the length seal. Now the horizontal seam is sealed to form the bottom of the bag. At the same time, the closing seam of the previous bag is formed and the knife cuts both bags apart. During horizontal sealing, the products are added to the bag via the filling pipe. When the batch is ready, this will all be repeated.
